Ozone-Biological activated carbon process
The deep treatment of drinking water uses the ozone-active carbon process, using the strong oxidation capacity of ozone, separating the organic matter, improving the biodegradability of bioactive carbon to organic matter, effectively killing bacteria and viruses, reducing the by-products of chlorinated disinfection, removing the odor, improving the water quality and taste.
Ozone function
- Biodegradable organic and inorganic pollutant, such as benzene, phenol and its derivatives, cyanides, sulphides, manganese, iron and humic acids, pesticides and herbicides, are decomposed.
- Kill chlorine resistant "Two pests", bacteria, viruses and algae, decolonization, deodorization and turbidity reduction.
- Decomposition of endocrine disruptors, avoid halogenated hydrocarbons, chloramine and other substances only.
- The concentration of dissolved oxygen in the water is increased, and the macromolecular organic matter is degraded to small molecules, which improves the degradation efficiency and persistence of subsequent BAC to COD and ammonia nitrogen.

Ozone is an oxygen molecule made up of three oxygen atoms. The molecular formula is O3, one of which is connected with the other two oxygen atoms in the form of a single bond. 1. Ozone discharge chamber technology
Special glass tube discharge chamber(Patent No ZL2011 2 0385785) adopts double air gap discharge technology, high quality glass medium and matching dedicated power supply, fully exerts the efficiency of corona discharge to produce ozone, ensuring large output, high concentration and lower power consumption.
2. High power ozone dedicated dry-type transformer technology
The high voltage transformer converts the alternating current output from the inerter circuit into high voltage electricity suitable for generation of ozone by generating a dielectric barrier discharge in the chamber discharge body. In order to match the capacitive characteristics of the occurrence of the discharge of the chamber discharge body, the requirements of its parameters are different from those of ordinary transformers.
3.Ozone special frequency conversion power supply technology
The ozone generator control system is independently developed by the company to control the normal operation of the ozone generator power supply, and has anti-jamming, load short circuit protection, high operating temperature protection, with industry leading level, high operation reliability.
