Ozone Knowledge
Ozone is an oxygen molecule made up of three oxygen atoms. The molecular formula is O3, one of which is connected with the other two oxygen atoms in the form of a single bond. Ozone is known as "green chemicals", is a strong oxidizing agent. It has four main functions of sterilization, decolorization, oxidation, deodorization and no residue, no pollution, is one of the environmental friendly green industrial raw materials. Ozone is one of the most powerful solutions for municipal, industrial and commercial water treatment challenges.
Waste water treatment process by ozone
Ozone an decompose the refractory organic matter, improve the biodegradability of sewage, kill the bacteria and viruses with strong chlorine resistance, and also have the effect of decolorization and deodorization, and increase the dissolved oxygen in water and improve the water quality.
Waste water treatment oxidation process by ozone

Our Core Technology
1. Ozone discharge chamber technology
Special glass tube discharge chamber(Patent No ZL2011 2 0385785) adopts double air gap discharge technology, high quality glass medium and matching dedicated power supply, fully exerts the efficiency of corona discharge to produce ozone, ensuring large output, high concentration and lower power consumption.
2. High power ozone dedicated dry-type transformer technology
The high voltage transformer converts the alternating current output from the inerter circuit into high voltage electricity suitable for generation of ozone by generating a dielectric barrier discharge in the chamber discharge body. In order to match the capacitive characteristics of the occurrence of the discharge of the chamber discharge body, the requirements of its parameters are different from those of ordinary transformers.
3.Ozone special frequency conversion power supply technology
The ozone generator control system is independently developed by the company to control the normal operation of the ozone generator power supply, and has anti-jamming, load short circuit protection, high operating temperature protection, with industry leading level, high operation reliability.
